I have been using the washing tabs, dishwasher tabs and Multi purpose cleaner since December. I am very happy with all of the products. Dishwasher tabs clean better than the leading brand, the same can also be said for the washing tabs.
The multi purpose cleaner has a nice fragrance and is costing me less than surface wipes and better for the planet.
I recently purchased the fabric softener and I have noticed the difference when ironing, the creases come out so much easier. A great product .

Sadly was not a good fit! I ordered the sprays and laundry pods. The bathroom and all purpose cleaners are fine, however the glass cleaner left a thick residue on the glass. The laundry pods made my clothes smell terrible. I love the concept and how easy it was to order but will not be purchasing again.

Very happy with the new kitchen sponges & scourers. Really pleased they are now separate items as opposed to scourer one side & sponge on the other, which I found a little bulky to use.
Great to see product development.

I am very happy with the laundry capsules, fabric conditioner, dishwash tablets and surface spray but cannot get good results from the glass cleaner. Whatever I do,nit just smears. What am I doing wrong? Any tips?

I have been a customer for a couple of years and love smol products, I used the laundry pods, conditioner, spray tablets and sponges. They are all excellent and so easy to manage/amend orders as needed.

The fact that they can do all this and be a low-waste business with a very considered production process is such an incredible benefit. I love the regular updates on how much impact our orders have on the environment!

I started by ordering the washing non bio tabs. Amazing I won’t ever buy from a supermarket again.

I decided after watching a video of pets getting really ill off the cleaner I used to use I must try smol cleaner. I Had trouble with the first trail of multi purpose cleaning getting lost by the delivery service but I emailed smol and within a couple days I had a new one sent out and I couldn’t be happy with the cleaner. I used it for about a week now and I won’t ever go back.

I will definitely be ordering more of smol products.

I use Smol laundry capsules, dishwasher tablets and fabric conditioner. I find them convenient, as they are delivered at regular intervals when I need them, they take up little room in the cupboard, and save on plastic. They are effective and easy to use, and the fab con leaves my towels lovely and soft.

I have been using Smol dishwasher tablets for a couple of years now and they are fabulous. I think they are as good, if not better than the leading brands and delivered to my door at a great price. I have just started using the multi purpose spray and again I'm impressed and will continue to use.
I have just ordered a trial of both the bio and none bio washing pods to see which I prefer and again delivered to my door at a very reasonable price. I'm hoping they are as good as the other products I have tried.
Smol is very convenient as you can change and delay/cancel order any time and they really are great products.
Give them a go and stop cluttering up your house with all them plastic bottles and tubs.

The concept and product are great.
No issues with ordering, changes to delivery or other queries are simple to negotiate on the website. The whole approach to customer satisfaction is enjoyable, through their humour and expertise.

I am using tablets fot washing and for dishwasher for a while now. I really like this product, the quality and I like the idea "no plastic". Thank to subscription i never run out with cleaning products. I can recommend

Great products! I now only use their dishwasher tablets, their non-bio laundry capsules, their fabric softener and also surface sprays and have saved money, effort and more importantly lots of plastic and Co2! All without sacrificing quality, enjoying the gentle and fresh fragrances of their sprays and the ease of having everything delivered in time for when I need more without having to think about it. Would and have recommended to anyone and everyone that will listen!

I love Smol products. They are good quality and the service is reliable. I’ve been using them fir over a year with no problems. The website is easy to use.

Just want to say how very impressed I am with your dishwasher tablets
I have used a number of the big brands and recently started down the Eco
path but when it came to renew I could not remember the name of the
company and then your facebook ad for free tablets popped up and I took
advantage
After only using two I knew I would never used another brand ever again,
my pots are so much cleaner and my glasses actually squeak they are that
clean, and the fact you automatically send them every few months is a
great help for me.

I have been using the dishwasher tablets and non-bio washing tablets for several months.

I have had a few issues with the dishwasher tablets either taking a very long time to arrive or not arriving at all. The first occurred in September 2022. The customer service response to this was unacceptable. It took 3 weeks from the date of dispatch and a lot of back and forth via email for them to agree to send a further packet out. It happened again in December and I was just told it was postal strikes. It has now happened for a third time, where I have been waiting several weeks. I have found that it is just not reliable.

I have not had postal issues with the washing tablets, however, I have not been a fan of the product itself. It does not really have a scent (even when you use multiple pods) and is just not for me.

I use the washing capsules and dishwasher tablets mostly and find them very effective. I have full control over my plan and can change my order frequency and quantity easily. I am always informed of a pending delivery in plenty of time to change it if necessary and I am also pleased to see that they use Royal Mail as a courier thus not generating the extra delivery van.
They are a very easy and convenient company to do business with.
